Here’s where we translate ideas into visuals.
We’ll choose wardrobe, props, and locations that reflect your identity — from industrial minimalism to artistic flair.
You’ll receive concept guidance to ensure every element supports your brand’s mood and message.
3. The Session — Creating your story
Whether in my studio in Balegem or at a location that defines your world — this is where the story comes to life.

4. Image Selection — Crafting your visual identity
After your shoot, you’ll receive a proof gallery to choose your favourites.

Business Image Licence – Summary
When you book a business shoot with Orphea Photography, your images are delivered with a business usage licence tailored to small businesses and personal brands.
This licence allows you to use your images for your own promotion, while protecting the artistic integrity and copyright of the work.
What’s included
You can use your images for:
- Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, …)
- Your website and portfolio
- Printed materials (business cards, flyers, posters)
- Editorial features (magazines, online articles)
You can choose individual usage options or a full business package that covers all of the above.
Usage options (guideline pricing)
- Social media → €75 per image / €250 per series (max. 5)
- Website → €150 per image
- Print (business cards, flyers, posters) → from €75 per image
- Magazines / editorial → €200 per image
- Full business usage package → €450 per series (max. 5 images)
These rates are based on SOFAM guidelines, adapted for small businesses.
Important to know
- The licence is non-exclusive (I can use the images as well)
- The licence is non-transferable (you cannot share or sell the images to others)
- A small credit (Photo by Orphea Photography) is required where possible
Not allowed
- Editing images without permission (filters, heavy retouching, color changes)
- Giving images to third parties or partner brands
- Using images for large commercial campaigns without a separate agreement

Absolutely. Most of my clients aren’t models — they’re artists, makers, or small business owners. I’ll guide you through every pose and expression so the results feel natural and confident.
“Can we shoot in my studio, shop, or workplace?”
Yes. On-location sessions are perfect for showing your environment and process. Together we’ll decide which setting best tells your story.
“Can I include my team or business partner?”
Of course — this can be adapted for duos or small creative teams. For larger groups, we can create a custom quote.
“What if I need product photos too?”
We can combine your session with product or styled imagery — ideal for makers, designers, and boutiques. For larger product sets, I’ll provide a separate commercial quote.
“Can you photograph bands?”
Yes. Bands and performers are some of my favourite clients to work with. We can create promotional imagery, album visuals, and even live coverage on request.
“How long does it take to receive the images?”
You’ll receive your gallery within 2–3 weeks after the shoot takes place.
“Can I order prints or wall art?”
Yes — all images can be produced as fine art prints, albums, or wall art. Perfect for studio displays or promotional use.
“Do you offer payment plans?”
Yes. You can split payments between the session fee and your chosen image package.
